Will the conference be hybrid or offer an online option?

The conference encourages in-person attendance but also accommodates online attendees.
 


Who needs to submit pre-recorded videos?

Both in-person and online participants must submit pre-recorded videos of their presentations.

 


When will I be able to register for the conference?

Registration will open in May. Once open, delegates will be able to register through the registration page.
 


When will I be able to submit an abstract for the conference?

Abstract submissions can be submitted now through April 12. Once open, delegates can register through the paper submission site.


How do I view the program online?

The program will be updated on the conference website as it is confirmed. 


How do I get to the conference?

Details on how to travel to the conference are available on the travel page of this website.


Do I have to pay by credit card online or can I be invoiced?

All registrations are paid for online; however, if this is not possible, please contact us at jyockim@conferencecatalysts.com.


Can I pay in my local currency?

All payments must be made in USD to ensure that the full amount is received.


Can I get a receipt for my payment to attend the conference?

Receipts will be issued electronically and available in your registration confirmation email. This will be the only form of receipt.


How can I receive an invitation letter to the conference for my VISA application?

An invitation letter will be issued after you have registered and payment has been received. This can be found in your registration confirmation email.
