Andreja Erbes received the M.Eng., M.A., and Ph.D. degrees from the Department of Engineering, University of Cambridge, in 2011, 2014, and 2015, respectively, in electrical and electronic engineering. In 2009, he spent one year abroad at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (Cambridge-MIT Exchange Program) and took part in an undergraduate-research opportunity program with the Weinstein Research Group, where he worked on novel RF MEMS. Since 2022, he is the Director of Technology Scouting and R&D Partnerships at STMicroelectronics within the Analog, Power & Discrete, MEMS and Sensors group.
 

David M. Mills is a principal scientist with GE Research. He earned a B.S. degree in engineering from LeTourneau University, Longview, TX and a Ph.D. degree in biomedical engineering from Duke University, Durham, NC. In 2000, he joined GE as an ultrasound probes engineer, designing medical ultrasound transducers using PZFlex (now OnScale) FEM simulations for both piezoelectric and cMUT based transducers. Another research interest is in new clinical applications for ultrasound that are enabled by real-time 3D ultrasound imaging, visualization algorithms, and customized user interfaces. Dr. Mills has over 25 issued patents and has authored more than 10 external publications. He is a member of the IEEE.

Elzbieta Gradauskaite is a Swiss National Science Foundation Postdoctoral Fellow at Laboratoire Albert Fert, CNRS/Thales in France, where she works on ultrathin ferroelectric films. She completed her doctoral studies at ETH Zurich in Switzerland (2022). After her PhD, Elsa worked as an R&D Scientist at Evatec, a Swiss company specializing in thin-film deposition and processing systems. There, she gained valuable insight into industry needs and scientific trends in the semiconductor and optoelectronics markets, before deciding to continue her academic path.

Morgan Lim is the Asia Pacific Regional Head of Talent Acquisition at Skyworks Solutions Inc.He joined the company in May 2021. With over 15 years of experience in executive search and recruitment across various sectors, Morgan brings a wealth of experience to his role. His extensive background includes roles of increasing responsibility at global companies notably, Airbus and Dassault Systèmes, where he honed his skills in talent acquisition. At Skyworks, Morgan has been instrumental in leading innovative projects. His efforts were recognized when Skyworks received the Talent Acquisition Best Campus Recruitment Strategy award from a reputable HR media company, highlighting his commitment to excellence in recruitment practices. Morgan holds a Bachelor of Business Studies with a specialization in Human Resource Management from University College Dublin. Through his leadership, he continues to shape the future of recruitment at Skyworks, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent in a competitive landscape.
