Exhibitor Hours

Sunday, September 22: Exhibit Booth Set Up 

• Standard Booth Set-Up by the Organizer: 9:00 - 13:00
• Set-Up by External Decoration Contractors: 10:30 - 17:00 
• Standard Booth Set-Up by Exhibitors: 13:00 - 17:00

The exhibition will take place from Monday, September 23 through Thursday, September 26. The exhibit hours are: 

• Monday, September 23: 8:30 - 19:00
• Tuesday, September 24: 8:30 - 18:00
• Wednesday, September 25: 8:30 - 18:00
• Thursday, September 26: 8:30 - 16:30
   

Please note that exhibits cannot be taken down prior to 16:30 PM.  There are no exceptions.

Exhibit Booth Tear Down will begin at 16:30 on Thursday, September 26 with the following schedule: 

• Removal of small and portable exhibits and decorations: 16:30 - 18:30
• Conference standard partitions and independent decorator teardown: 17:30 - 21:30
